A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Emergency Medical Service Act shall interfere with rescue, transfer, emergency treatment, or medical treatment of an emergency patient engaged in emergency medical services by means of violence, etc.;

Nevertheless, on August 29, 2020, the defendant was engaged in emergency medical services for other patients at the C hospital emergency room located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and at around 16:54, while the defendant was engaged in emergency medical services for other patients.

An emergency medical doctor D ( South, 35 years old) expressed his/her desire not to accept his/her request, and assaulted by assaulting that “Calsia, Mabus.......” on the ground that he/she does not take his/her request,” thereby hindering emergency treatment and treatment for emergency patients by those engaged in emergency medical services.

2. On August 29, 2020, the Defendant assaulted in C Hospital Emergency room located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul on August 16:54, 202, on the ground that the victim E (the victim South and the age of 25) who is security personnel restrains the Defendant’s assault and brought out of the emergency room, with his hand the victim’s neck, was pushed down with the victim’s arms with his hand, and the victim’s quih with his hack, and the victim’s spacks the part of the victim’s spacks one time to walk.

3. Around 17:00 on August 29, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the C Hospital emergency room located in Ulsan Jung-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) at the G Hospital located in Ulsan-gu; (c) was asked by the head F ( South, 39 years old) of the police station G District in Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, who was called upon upon 112 and was asked by the head of the police station G District in the Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do; and (d) “packer shall do so in the manner of giving off, cut off, and d, e.g., giving rise to two times the said F’s discipline.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties on the handling of 112 reported cases.

4. The victim H who interfered with the performance of official duties, and the injured defendant tried to remove theless electricity that was sold to the shoulder by leading the victim to the emergency room of the hospital in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, on August 29, 2020. On the top of the emergency room of the C hospital in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, with 112 reported and sent to the victim H (WW, L, 42 years old) who is the circumstances belonging to the G District in the Ulsan-gu Police Station G District in the Ulsan-gu, the Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, which was called upon 112.
