Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court.

On March 22, 2020, the Defendant driven a FMW 520D car at a section of approximately 500 meters from the later side of C University located in Chuncheon-si B to the front side of the E District located in D in the same city, while under the influence of alcohol 0.092% of blood alcohol level around 23:15.

Accordingly, the defendant was a person who violated at least once a drunk driving and was under the influence of alcohol again.

However, the defendant appears to have used a normal driving, and the defendant is 24 years of age to return to sound social members, such as going against the past mistake and completing a special safety education course for drunk driving, etc., as a youth with the age of 24 years, and considering the confession of the crime of this case and the fact that it is against the depth of the crime of this case, he shall be given special preference only once, and shall be sentenced to the punishment as set forth in the order.
