Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-to-car.

On April 29, 2014, the Defendant came to turn to the left from the front cycle to the front corner of the west-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, at the front of the forest commercial housing located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City.

At the time of night, it was difficult for a road to be cut off because it was difficult for a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle at night.
