Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate a general restaurant business shall report to the head of the competent Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report to the head of the competent Gu on September 10, 2014, and prepared and sold alcoholic beverages including beer and beer, etc., and beer, 100,000 won per day on an average of 10,000 won, to customers who discovered a place, with approximately KRW 9.9 square meters in the area of approximately one hundred thousand square meters in the building of the 1st floor in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and prepared and sold to general restaurants.
