1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 23,468,50 and Defendant A with respect thereto from November 19, 2015, and Defendant C.

Only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 shall be recognized.
