Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a member of the “C” trade in Boli-si B.

Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business, such as the motor vehicle transaction business, which is engaged in the business of buying and selling or arranging motor vehicles and vicarious execution of application for registration, shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance

Nevertheless, from July 2015 to October 25, 2016, the Defendant arranged the automobile transaction between the owner of the automobile and the purchaser of the automobile, and operated an unregistered automobile trading business with an average of KRW 900,000,000 per month.

However, during the crime period as indicated in the judgment, the Defendant was found guilty on the ground that it was found that the Defendant had arranged the motor vehicle sales as indicated in the judgment without registering the motor vehicle sales business.
