Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2013, from around 15:00 to 16:20 on the same day, the head of the organization division of the Korea Trade Union E-M. Busan District Department: (a) reported the society of the assembly of “EM workers by region” held in the Busan East-dong at the Busan East-gu square; and (b) took the lead of the movement, such as getting on a leading vehicle and carrying out relief.

The participants involved in the assembly, at around 17:10 on the same day, carried out of the H funeral hall located in the Young-gu G of Busan, where the body of J of the I branch of the I branch of the K branch of the H branch of the H branch of the H branch of the H branch of the H branch of the G, and the above funeral hall was conducted from the above funeral hall to I located in the Young-gu G of Busan, but it was impossible for the police to remove the body of J before

Accordingly, the defendant, in collaboration with 150 participants in the assembly, entered K in I through the above damaged K gate.
