A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to cerebrovassis, etc.:

"2019 Highest 1522"

1. Around October 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:38, 201, when the victim was set up in Jinju-si D's operation; (b) damaged the correction device installed at the entrance of the above Gab-si by an influoring method; (c) invaded into the above Gab-gate; and (d) infringed on the victim's cash owned by the victim under custody in the Gab-west; (d) KRW 300,000; (d) KRW 23,000; and (e) KRW 560,000; and (e) KRW 30,000; and (e) KRW 23,000; and (e) around October 3, 2019; and (e) infringed upon the victim's property at night as indicated in the list of crimes No. 1 to 37, Oct. 37, 2019.

2. From October 11, 2019 to October 02:37, 2019, the Defendant attempted to steal the victims’ property by destroying part of the structure at night as indicated in [Attachment Table No. 6-8] No. 11 to October 12, 2019, and by impairing the victim’s “G” in Jinju-si from around 02:37 on the same day, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s “G” in the operation of Jin-si, Jin-si, by using the cres of leaving back and leaving off, and intrudes the victim into the entrance, and then colored the victim’s property, but the Defendant did not commit any attempted to steal the victim’s property by not doing so.

3. On October 11, 2019, at night, the Defendant was not able to correct the said car by making use of the gap in the victim’s cresh and going to the “J” in the operation of the victim I located in J in J in J in J in J as of October 11, 2019.
