Punishment of the crime

1. On October 11, 2019, the Defendant injured by special obstruction of performance of official duties requested the victim E (year 45), victim F (year 28), victim G (year 27), and victim G (age 27) who is a police officer belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station D District, called the above 112-mentioned "C," to compulsorily open the entrance of the above "C" at around 05:13 on October 11, 2019.
