Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On February 13, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special intimidation in the Daejeon District Court on May 1, 2020 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on May 1, 202.

1. Around 10:40 on June 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) destroyed special property by a flood hole, which is a dangerous object in possession of the window b apartment guard room managed by the victim C, in front of the Busan B apartment guard room; and (b) damaged the market price by providing the fifle hole so that a substantial amount of the repair cost in the market can be achieved.
2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1, assaulted the victim at two times on the left part of the victim’s left part of the crime, on the ground that the victim D (n, 57 years of age), as described in paragraph 1, destroyed the Defendant who destroyed the window shield network by a guard room, and is a profin, which is a dangerous object.

On June 21, 2020, around 15:30 on June 21, 2020, the Defendant took the same attitude as the victim F in Busan, working as an employee, and ordered the victim to pay food normally at the “G cafeteria,” and ordered the victim to pay food normally, which is equivalent to KRW 30,000,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 4,000.

4. Around 13:00 on June 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) laid down on the floor a 160,000 square meters of the market price that was set up in the front of the “I” park located in H in Busan J, Busan, with no particular reason; and (b) broken down on the floor of the victim J, who was located in the front of the “I” park located in H, Busan, with a view to any particular reason.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim.
5. The Defendant of the assault is owned by the Victim J (ma, 68 years old) at the same time and place as that of paragraph 4.
