A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in duties, such as acting as an agent, using the E K7 car under the jurisdiction of the company called “D.”

1. On October 12, 2016, the Defendant caused the death of the victim F (the age of 27) from the Yancheon National University Hospital at the Yancheon-do University Hospital at the net 08:10 on October 10, 201.

2. 보험 사기방지 특별법위반 및 사기 G는 2016. 5. 11. 경 SK 네트 웍스( 주) 와 E K7 승용차를 2016. 11. 10.까지 월 75만 원에 임차하기로 하는 계약을 체결하고 운행하였는데, 위 차량은 ‘ 만 21세 이상’ 특약으로 보험에 가입되어 있으며, 차량( 월장 기) 임대차계약 약관상 제 1, 제 2 운전자로 등록된 사람이 운전 중 사고를 내어 위 승용차가 손괴된 경우에는 면책 금 30만 원만 내면 되지만, 그 외의 사람이 운전하다가 사고를 내어 위 승용차가 손괴된 경우에는 차량 수리비 전액을 부담하도록 약관으로 정해져 있었다.
