Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2014, at around 12:00, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim C (Nam, 40 years of age) and the victim's face to the victim's face by assaulting the victim's face with drinking and hand-on in front of a tobacco that does not have a trade name in the Geum-gu, Busan.
