The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds of appeal No. 1) The Defendant, by misunderstanding the facts as to the Defendant’s head, was found to have contacted the victim’s head by having scam scam on the part of the victim’s head at the time of the instant case, and did not inflict any injury on the Defendant due to beer disease

2) At the time of committing the instant crime, the Defendant was physically and mentally deprived or physically weak due to mental illness.

3) The sentence of the lower court (one month of imprisonment) that is unfair in sentencing is too unreasonable.

2. 1) Comprehensively taking account of the following circumstances acknowledged by the lower court’s judgment and the evidence duly admitted and examined by the first instance court as to the assertion of mistake of facts, the Defendant could fully recognize the fact that the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim due to beer and beer as stated in the instant facts charged.

(1) The victim consistently made the following statements at an investigative agency and the original judgment.

At the time of the instant case, the Defendant had the head of the Defendant on the part of the left head due to the marburging net in order to oppose the left head, and the Defendant was at the time of the head of the Defendant again with the sark’s disease.

At the time of the instant case, beer and beer's disease used by the Defendant was broken.

(2) According to the field photographs taken by police officers, the victim’s right head part is cut, and the left head part is teared, and the victim is faced (see, e.g., 12, 14 pages) at the upper part of the room (see, e., e., 13, 15-16 pages of investigation records). And on the floor of the room, the skin is laid, and the beer disease is broken (see, e.g., 13, 15-16 pages of investigation records). ③ Each diagnosis submitted by the victim to an investigation agency is “Grain in which there is no two open address,” or “an open head or other part of the skin, e.g., damage to the reputation, etc. of the two head or any other part of the skin.”
