1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months;

Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

【Prohibition of Handling Narcotics】

1. Except as approved by the Minister for Food and Drug Safety, no one shall import any ls (hereinafter referred to as “lsD”) of Article 2 subparag. 3(a) of the Narcotics Control Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), or any psychotropic mental medicine containing such drugs (hereinafter referred to as “lsD”) (Article 3 subparag. 5 and Article 58 subparag. 1 subparag. 3 of the Act) (Article 58 subparag. 3 of the Act) (Article 2 subparag. 3(b) of the same Act; Article 3 subparag. 3(b) of the same Act shall, in principle, obtain approval from the Minister for the importation prohibition of “EXP” and Article 58 subparag. 1 subparag. 3(b) of the Act (Article 58 subparag. 4); Article 2 subparag. 3(b) of the same Act (Article 58 subparag. 1 of the Act shall not apply to cases where a person, other than a person who has been engaged in the importation prohibition of narcotics, etc.; Article 3-4(3) of the Act shall not be approved.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s psychotropic drugs (lsD and X-mail) import conspiracy is not a narcotics handler, but a relationship between Defendant A and Defendant B who graduated from the same elementary school and the same middle school as the following:
