Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000 (one million).

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or take over any access medium in using or managing the access medium.

On October 14, 2013, the Defendant transferred the access media by sending the cash card and password of the passbook of the Nonghyup Bank (Account Number: B) issued by the branch office of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation at the 7th exit-dong in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul Central Federation, through Kwiksetset Service.
