Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2014, at the C restaurant located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 21:25, 2014, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, insultingd the victims of the instant restaurant by openly insulting the victims on the following grounds: (a) the victim D (the age of 52) who was a police officer, and the victim E (the age of 28) who was called upon receiving a report and sent out on the ground that the Defendant was prevented the Defendant.
