Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person using Adid'C and D' in the Internet portal site B, and the victim E is the president of G Hospital located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.

1. On December 19, 2018, around 19:23, the Defendant: (a) posted a notice on the title “K” in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government HFC I, the Defendant’s residence, by accessing B KafC with his own cell phone to B KafJ; and (b) posted a notice on the title “K”; (c) during six months of publication; (d) the kitchen breabbbbbcian. 2. 피고인은 2018. 12. 19. 19:33경 위 주거지에서 휴대폰으로 B 카페 J에 아이디 ‘C’로 접속하여 ‘K’라는 제목의 게시글에 ‘저 같은 경우는 토욜뿐이 안되는데 여기선 토요일날 검사 아무것도 안되고, 평일에 하라고 되돌려 보내더라구요.’, ‘심지어 두 번째 진료라 전병원 검사결과지며 진료기록 다 갓고 와서 접수 때 카피까지 뜬다고 가져 갓으면, 확인이 바로됫던 건데, 상담실에 선 검사 토욜안하니 새로 일정잡자하고, 진료대기실 기다리라하고 뭐 제대로 돌아가는게 일도없는 느낌 ’, ‘춈파기계 정말 쓰XX중, 최고 쓰XX’, ‘원장 인성이 좀 덜된 것 같더라구요’, ‘아무튼 돈 되는 검사 다시하게하고 막 유도 하는 것 같다는 얘기가 이 얘긴가 싶더라구요’, ‘실수 있을 적마다 산모 탓 쩔거 같은 원장ㄴ(원장년을 뜻하는 표현)’의 내용을 적은 댓글을 게시하여 공연히 피해자 E을 모욕하였다.
