Punishment of the crime

Defendants and victims E, together with their own daily behaviors, were those who drinked to the general restaurant of “G” on the fifth floor of the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Fran-gu F., and Defendant C and Defendant D knew with the victim.

A은 2018. 2. 14. 02:50경 위 일반음식점 내에서, 위와 같이 말싸움을 하던 중 피해자로부터 주먹으로 얼굴을 맞아 안경이 벗겨진 것에 화가 나 피해자의 얼굴을 주먹으로 10회 가량 때리고, 계속하여 피해자의 머리채를 잡아 위 일반음식점 앞 복도로 끌고 와 주먹으로 바닥에 넘어진 피해자의 몸을 여러 차례 때렸고, 이를 말리던 피고인 B은 피해자로부터 주먹으로 얼굴과 뒤통수를 얻어맞자 화가 나 피고인 A에 가세하여 바닥에 넘어져 있던 피해자의 몸을 주먹으로 1회, 발로 옆구리를 2회 걷어찼고, 피고인 C는 피고인 A과 피해자 사이의 싸움을 말리다가 피해자로부터 밀침을 당하여 목에 손톱자국이 생긴 것을 보고 화가 나 피고인 A에 가세하여 바닥에 넘어져 있던 피해자의 옆구리를 발로 1회 걷어차고, 어깨를 주먹으로 1회 때리고, 피고인 D은 바닥에 넘어진 피해자와 피고인 A 사이의 싸움을 말리다가 피해자로부터 얼굴을 얻어맞자 화가 나 피고인 A에 가세하여 주먹으로 피해자의 머리를 2회 때렸다.

As a result, the Defendants jointly inflicted injury on the victim, such as inside the right side and internal walls that need to be treated for about 8 weeks.
