Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From around 02:30 on April 29, 2014 to 03:15, the Defendant attempted to leave the said taxi in his/her hand and then left the said taxi by leaving the said taxi on his/her hand, thereby getting the Defendant who stops the vehicle. The Defendant opened the steering door of the said taxi as soon as possible and boarded the said taxi on his/her hand.
