The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 05:30 on December 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed assault with the victim on the ground that the Defendant was satisfing the victim C (ma, 34 years of age) who was engaged in arranging bedclothes in the instant room in the instant room in the instant room; (b) was subject to assault against the victim 5-6 times of drinking face from the victim; (c) was frighting the victim with drinking fright; and (d) was frighting the victim with drinking fright; and (e) was frighting the victim’s neck with his/her arms.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260(1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. On December 9, 2020, after the prosecution, the victim appeared in this court as a witness, and clearly stated that he does not wish to punish the defendant.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
