A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a special robbery;
A. On May 13, 2016, at least 03:40 on the D convenience store located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim E (23) who is an employee of the victim E (23) was found to have worked in the convenience store and ordered tobacco to the victim, and then was prepared in advance. 2.
