A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim D (n, 49 years old) came to know at the hosting site on October 2015, and were in a relationship between around that time to April 2017.

1. At around 13:00 on March 2017, the Defendant 105-dong apartment 105, the Defendant 105-dong 105-dong △△△△△△△△△△, the Defendant, on the ground that the victim communicates with another male, she was in danger of being placed on the table of the damaged person ( approximately 20 cm in total length, approximately 13 cm in length on the day). The Defendant continued to spit down the victim’s face, spit it, flap with the flab, with the flabed tobacco, which is a dangerous object that she had flad, and flad with the victim’s buck.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. On April 7, 2017, the Defendant, at around 12:24, 2017, she dumpeded the victim’s head and face on the ground that the victim was parked in the second floor parking lot of the above apartment complex, and she dumped the victim’s head and face at a drinking time on the ground that the victim was made a false speech, opened a door from the said apartment vehicle to the front string of the victim’s head and face on the ground that the victim got out of the said vehicle, and she dumped the victim’s head and face on the drinking, and continuously she dumped “he earthquake”, and she dumed tobacco, which is a dangerous object of her smoking,

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
