1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 102,00,000 and KRW 50,000 among them, from April 6, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On March 6, 2009, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50 million to the Defendant at the rate of 2% per month of agreed interest.
B. By July 26, 2012, the Defendant paid only KRW 21 million among the agreed parties, and did not pay the remainder of the principal and interest.
C. The Plaintiff seeks interest in arrears at the rate of 20% per annum within the agreed interest rate from April 6, 2015 to the date of full payment with respect to KRW 1.2 million, including the amount of KRW 52 million based on the agreed interest rate that was unpaid until April 5, 2015.
2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
