Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are co-operators of the “E” coffee shop located in Scheon-si.

On April 22, 2016, the Defendants offered a public competition and jointly conducted around 10:00, and obtained lawful permission for use from the victim H who operates Gel from the owner of land adjacent to the above coffee shop, and filed a lawful report to the competent authority, and then, in order to install a signboard for advertising of the above telecom (0.9m wide, 3.5m long) by going through the public action of the signboard business operator, the signboard business operator, if installed, it would substantially interfere with the above coffee shop business of the Defendants adjacent to the above telecom, on the ground that: (a) Defendant A attempted to stop the vehicle immediately adjacent to the place where the damaged person wants to install the signboard by driving on the side of his own Kccodo; and (b) Defendant B did not immediately stop the vehicle by setting up the signboard to the front line; and (c) Defendant B did not immediately stop by setting up the signboard to the front line; and (d) Defendant B’s vehicle by setting up the signboard to the front line.

5. Until December 22, 200, the victim interfered with the installation of the victim’s signboard or the telesing advertisement by force by continuously parking the same vehicle at the same place, such as interfering with any further proceeding in the installation of standing signboards.
