A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

Punishment of the crime

Around 01:00 on October 18, 2014, when the Defendant was trying to grow at the Defendant’s house, the victim D (Woo, 26 years of age) living in the next house of the Si, Si, C and C, 302, was made a cell phone with male-gu and telephone conversations, and was able to listen to the sound that she wraped, and the Defendant was able to rape the victim, knowing that the victim was frightly married.

At around 02:42 of the same day, the Defendant placed the transition (1.5 cm length) which is a deadly weapon at his own house, into the back beer, opened one’s own house beer window, intruded into the gas pipe installed on the wall of the above 3rd floor, and continued to open the victim’s house by making the victim’s open door door door inside the room, and opened the part of the victim’s panty in the direction of the victim’s panty, cut down the victim’s body in order to rape the victim’s body, and opened the part of the victim’s face one time in order to see the victim’s face, and continued to have the victim escaped.

As a result, the Defendant attempted to rape the victim by intrusioning on the house of the victim with dangerous dangerous weapons, but did not bring about the victim's sound and resistance, which led to the attempted crime, and thereby, the Defendant committed an injury to the victim, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
