Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.

On August 20, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car at around 12:30, while driving the vehicle, the Defendant straighted the three-lane road in front of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the two-lanes in the direction of sexual investigative distance in the direction of sexual waters.

Since there is an intersection where a vehicle signal is installed, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well in the passage of another motor vehicle and drive the motor vehicle safely according to the traffic signal.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and the front part of the victim D (the age of 65) driving on the port from the right side of the said vehicle due to the negligence of the close-down, when the vehicle signal was changed to the red stop signal, received the front part of the said vehicle.

결국 피고인은 위와 같은 업무상 과실로 피해자에게 약 10주간의 치료가 필요한 개방성 좌측 무릎뼈의 골절 등 상해를 입게 하였다.
