Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person opposing the redevelopment project in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and the victim C (Nam, 69 years of age) is a person who works as a management director at the office of the "D Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association" established to promote redevelopment projects in the area where the defendant resides.

On September 8, 2012, at around 01:11, the Defendant was under the influence of the front of the first floor of the office building of the “D Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association” located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the third floor.
