A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The application for compensation order of this case shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

[Final Judgment] On January 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court on April 2, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 2, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant was responsible for the management as the actual owner of 15 households of the 15th unit of the Gyeongdong-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun.

Despite the fact that the rental deposit to be returned to the above C building lessees is KRW 250,000,000, the Defendant had forged the real estate lease contract as if the total sum of the rental deposit 59,00,000 won, and had received a loan by taking the above C building as collateral, and had been willing to receive a loan by deceiving the financial institution by submitting the forged real estate lease contract.

1. Forgery, or uttering of private documents;

A. A. Around June 11, 2008, the Defendant: (a) drafted a real estate lease agreement to the effect that “a lease of KRW 101,500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won was made to the lessee E of the above C building 101,000,000,000,000 won; and (b) forged a copy of the real estate lease agreement to the effect that “a lease of KRW 101,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

(2) At the above temporary location, the Defendant prepared a real estate lease agreement to the effect that “a lease of KRW 102,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won,” without authority, for the purpose of exercising the said KRW 102,000,000,000 to lessee F of the above C building 102, and forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of F, a private document with the seal affixed on the rights and obligations of F.

(3) At the above temporary location, the Defendant, without authority, leased the above 202 No. 202 to lessee G of the said C building KRW 25 million, monthly rent of KRW 160,000,000, KRW 202,000, KRW 350,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 202.
