Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than that licensed.

Around May 31, 2011, the Defendant performed medical practice, such as injecting anesthesia into the sexual flag of C at the office of 102 C(52 years of age) on the first floor of the Do Government-si Ba commercial loan, using two injection devices over about 20 minutes, even though the Defendant is not a medical person.
