A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee of the 'C points' in Bupyeong-si B.

An employee of a business establishment banned from access by or employing juveniles shall verify the age of persons who have access to the business establishment and shall prohibit juveniles from entering the business establishment.

Nevertheless, at around 00:10 on December 26, 2019, the Defendant entered the above three main points while working at the above three main points, which is a business establishment banned from access by and employment of juveniles.

However, the former Juvenile Protection Act (amended by Act No. 6460 of Apr. 7, 200) stipulates that in order to achieve the legislative purpose (Article 1), the business owner of the business establishment banned from access and use of juveniles shall not have access to the business establishment of this case (Article 24(2)), and further, Article 51 subparag. 7 punishing the owner of the business which violated the above provision for the purpose of securing the effectiveness of the above provision (Article 51 subparag. 7).
