1. The Defendant’s KRW 47,913,31 to the Plaintiffs and 5% per annum from November 24, 2016 to October 31, 2017, respectively.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a company to which the intellectual property right of Sinmanex was delegated to the company, and the Plaintiffs are the parties who requested surveys and data collection in order to request suspension of copyright infringement and purchase of refined software through the inspection and investigation of illegal users of the above Goman Program.

B. On January 19, 2016, the Plaintiffs concluded a service contract with the Defendant with the following terms (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

On January 19, 2016, the Defendant and the Plaintiffs entered into a contract to collect and supply photographs and video materials on the illegal use of the Sinman Telecom.

[Defendant is the company entrusted with Simanex Intellectual Property Right (TTT). The ownership of the data collected by the Plaintiffs is against the Plaintiffs) ① The Defendant provides the Plaintiffs with 40% of the selling price of the products, and the 20% of the selling price shall be paid to the law firm at the fees.

The supply value per COY shall be the final agreed amount.

(2) Fees shall be distributed in consultation with each other at the time of sales outside of each final evidence collected.

Other detailed consultations shall cooperate with each other in consultation.

(3) In principle, payment shall be made on the following day from the date of accrual of sales.

At the same time, the plaintiffs shall immediately issue the tax invoice (VAT).

(4) The defendant shall establish a new passbook and make an authorized certificate copied to the USB so that the defendant can verify sales in real time by providing the plaintiffs with the certificate.

Provided, That the plaintiffs shall not use them for any purpose other than the verification of sale.

Article 3 (Period of Contract) (1) This contract shall be one year from the date on which the designated law firm ships out official documents to the illegal user company, and if the contents of this contract are not completed, it shall be one year by mutual agreement.
