The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
We examine the grounds of appeal.
The gist of the grounds for appeal by the defense counsel is to request a judgment after the period of probation expires so that the sentence of probation is not invalidated, but it cannot be a legitimate ground for appeal under Article 383 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
