Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2015, the Defendant committed an act of free riding or influence under Article 3(1)39 of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act at Cju points located within the jurisdiction of the Seodaemun Police Station B District.
