Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. Each Defendant shall, on March 14, 2016, conclude that each of the following subparagraphs shall be met: (a) at the office of Kimhae-si, the office of 3rd floor Co., Ltd., for the purpose of exercising to submit to D Land Development Project Association with respect to the project in force by C; (b) the title "F" and the "F" and the "C Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (Co., Ltd.), respectively: (c) on May 31, 2016, paid the land price to D Land Development Project Association; and (d) transferred the right to license to D Urban Development Project Association; (c) on March 14, 2016, the remaining amount of the construction price paid to D Land Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., five hundred five hundred five hundredse.

B. The Defendant’s power of proxy forgery is entitled to commission certification for each forged letter at the same date, time, and place as the foregoing paragraph (a).
