1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 6,500,000 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its related amount from October 21, 2015 to February 17, 2016.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. On February 11, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) leased KRW 10,00,000 for the rent deposit; (b) KRW 1,300,000 for the rent; (c) 10 months from February 11, 2014 to December 10, 2014; (d) leased KRW 20,000 for the rent deposit; and (e) leased KRW 13,000,000 for the rent of KRW 10,000 for the rent of KRW 10,000 for the rent of KRW 10,000 for the ten-month rent of KRW 10,000 for the rent of KRW 10,000 for the rent of KRW 10,000 for the premium of KRW 10,000 for the premium of KRW 10,000 for the remainder of the premium of KRW 10,000 for the rent of KRW 50 million.
B. The Plaintiff completed the business registration with the trade name of “E” as to the instant store, and had the Defendant, who had a relationship with “E”, operate the store at the instant store, and the Defendant paid 10,000,000 won for the remainder of the premium in the sales amount.
C. The said lease contract was renewed on December 11, 2014, and the Defendant paid KRW 13,000,000 for ten-month advance payment in accordance with the renewed lease agreement. The Plaintiff and the Defendant, upon the Plaintiff’s request, retired from the instant store on May 2015, upon the Plaintiff’s request for evacuation.

The plaintiff asserts that the plaintiff is obligated to pay 120,524,000 won in total, including the store rent of this case of this case of 26,00,000, initial cost of purchase of goods, and credit card sales amount of 10,694,000, cash sales amount of 53,830,000 won, and credit card sales amount of 120,524,000 won, in case where the defendant conceals money or makes a false statement with the defendant, and the defendant promises to compensate the plaintiff for damages if he conceals money or makes a false statement.
