Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car of the B Belgium.

At around 11:50 on December 1, 2018, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from the direction of the e-mail to the e-mail road on the 6.5 KM section from the e-mail.

At that time, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents due to safe operation, such as thorough operation of the driver's duty on the front side, because the vehicle was driven along the string of the vehicle, and thus, the driver has a duty of care to prevent accidents.
