1. As to the real estate listed in the attached real estate list, the Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B and Defendant C shall each share of 1/4.

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased M (former name N, legal nameO, hereinafter “the deceased”) released in 1947 and released 32 P on January 2, 2012. The deceased established the Plaintiff for the purpose of the 1991 compilation work, etc., and made efforts to conduct the study of Buddhist culture and the promotion of post-science as the president.

B. The Deceased purchased each real estate listed in the separate sheet on May 10, 2001 (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”) and the same year.

5. 26. Upon completing the registration of ownership transfer in its name, each of the instant real estate has been used as the Plaintiff’s office and research institute.

C. On June 16, 2011, the Deceased donated each of the instant real estate to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the instant private donation”). Separately, the Deceased’s “ Qu (U.S. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. The Deceased did not have his spouse and children, and the father S of the Deceased died on February 18, 1947, and T on September 26, 1936.

E. A sibling of the Deceased has ① U, ② V, ③ W, ④ Defendant B, ⑤ X, and Defendant C. The U died around April 1914; ② V died on March 2, 1926 (no spouse and child) and ③ W died on March 10, 199, and his spouse died on March 10, 199 (Death on December 15, 2001). Between the deceased’s spouse and Y (Death on December 15, 2001).
