1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 325,929,259 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 14, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, at around February 2014, entered into a supply contract with the Defendant for 10 items of "outstanding 10 items" and supplied the Defendant with the above product amounting to KRW 583,49,259 until October 2014. However, since the Plaintiff was not paid the price for the goods of KRW 325,929,259 from the Defendant, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the price for the goods unpaid as well as damages for delay.
