The Financial Services Commission printed out dynamics and the National Treasury recovery measures in accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Services Commission Act when verifying illegal accounts and illegal funds after the bank tracking, and when verifying the transparency of ear’s account through e-mail, the document files with which the Defendant’s official seal is affixed to A4 paper.”

Accordingly, the defendant forged 10 copies of a civil petition document tracking a financial crime account under the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her authority in collusion with a nameless person.
