A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

1. Around 01:19 September 15, 2018, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.127% from the 30km section to the entrance road of the Seoul Mapo-gu public parking lot near the YY-dong in Gyeonggi-do to the entrance road of the Seoul Mapo-gu.
