Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of destroying property at the Seoul Central District Court on September 14, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 22, 2017, and is currently under suspended sentence.
[2] On April 11, 2018, the Defendant, around 2018, 2018, at around 02:00, obstructed the victim’s main business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 15 minutes, such as the victim C (n, 43 years of age) in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, for drinking at the main point of “D” operated by the victim C (n, n, 43 years of age).
