1. The Defendant limited to the Plaintiff:
(a) On January 12, 2013, in excess of KRW 2,840,00 in the disposition to reduce the costs of health care benefit.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is a person who operated from around 1982 to around 1982 the Cental clinic (hereinafter “instant medical care institution”) corresponding to the medical care institution under the National Health Insurance Act in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The defendant is a corporation established in accordance with the National Health Insurance Act to examine medical care benefit costs and evaluate the appropriateness of medical care benefits.
B. On January 3, 2013, the Plaintiff claimed KRW 12,606,720 for medical care benefit costs for patients treated around December 3, 2012, as indicated below, as follows.
On December 12, 2012, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff on January 12, 201, of the amount of KRW 1,592,390 out of the claim amount of KRW 12,60,720 (=12,606,720 of the claim amount - the amount of KRW 12,606,720 of the actual payment decision amount - KRW 11,01,330 of the amount of the claim amount as indicated in the following table (of the above notification, the part of the Defendant’s decision to pay was made and the remainder of the insurer’s contribution was indicated in attached Table 1, and the part of the insurer’s contribution amount was indicated as the “disposition 1-1,” and the part of the insurer’s contribution amount as the refund money.
(A) On February 1, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for medical care benefit costs of KRW 16,465,130 for patients who treated around January 2013, 2013, including the following items: the number of cases of review and adjustment of the number of insolvency 872,20,7150,00 won 40,581,000 won 11,072,920 won 58,567 won 11,014,330 won 2) of the amount determined to pay the insurer’s share of the insurer’s share of the burden on the principal; the Plaintiff claimed KRW 16,465,130 for medical care benefit costs for those patients who treated around January 2013.
