Reasons
On September 206, the Plaintiffs, as members of F (hereinafter referred to as “F”), such as change of executives of the medical corporation E, took over the medical corporation from H, the president (representative director of the medical foundation) of E (hereinafter referred to as “G hospital”) who operated the “G hospital,” and operated the medical corporation by referring the name of the hospital to the “I Hospital”.
Plaintiff
