A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Criminal facts

On November 9, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to six years of imprisonment and protective custody disposition by the Seoul High Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on April 14, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Suwon Gywon Gywon Gywon Gywon, and on September 30, 201, was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor and completed the execution of the sentence on February 5, 2016.

1. Around 14:00 on March 30, 2016, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the said apartment through the beradian window, which was not corrected to steal the property, when the Defendant came to the residence of the victim C apartment 75 - 5 - 5 - 5 - in light of light lighting.

In addition, from the above date to July 12, 2016, the Defendant invadedd another’s residence with a view to theft of property over six occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 14:00.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On March 30, 2016, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the said apartment site via the victim D’s residence (C Apartment 75 5 dong 555 dong 7; (b) via the unreshed berash window, and stolen the property equivalent to the sum of KRW 5,500,000,000 in cash owned by the victim; (c) the amount of KRW 2,000,000 in the market price; (d) KRW 5,00,000 in the market price; (e) KRW 7,00,000 in net gold tea; (e) KRW 1,40,00 in the market price; and (e) KRW 3,00,00 in the market price; and (e) KRW 5,50,000 in the aggregate, such as Hashek and Hashek.

In addition, from the above date to July 12, 2016, the Defendant stolen property on six occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 14:00.

B. On July 21, 2016, at around 21:49, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim’s FPC located on the first floor below the E building in light name; (b) with cash 13,000 won and credit cards, etc., which the Victim G opened temporarily on the charging machine; and (c) with the MCM cM cM cM cM spacks equivalent to KRW 200,000 in the market price.
