1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 335,889,185 and KRW 309,652,311, whichever is applicable, from August 1, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On July 5, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) on July 5, 2013, the deposit for lease deposit of KRW 220,00,000; (b) monthly rent of KRW 22 million from July 29, 2013 to June 30, 2015; (c) from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017, KRW 23.5 million until June 30, 2017; (d) monthly rent of KRW 250,500,000 from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018; and (e) on rent of KRW 5,500,000 from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2018, within the statutory interest rate set by the Plaintiff as the lease period; and (e) the interest rate for delay of the rent of KRW 200,003.

The defendant occupies and uses each of the above immovables until now according to the above lease.

The defendant shall pay the overdue interest rate of 24% per annum from August 1, 2018 to July 2018 as to the overdue interest rate of 335,889,185 won in total and the delayed interest rate of 309,652,311 won in arrears, which is the overdue interest rate of 309,652,311 won in total and the delayed interest rate of 335,889,185 won in total.

The details of overdue rent, etc. are as shown in attached Form 2.

2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
