A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the friendly father of the victim C (math, 12 years of age, intellectual disability 3), victim D (math, 11 years of age, intellectual disability 3) and divorced around October 17, 2013.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. 2.
