A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving) and is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle with soflurd C.

On June 26, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.139% during blood transfusion, was unable to drive normally due to the influence of alcohol leveling 0.139%, was driving the said car by driving the instant car in one-lane from the surface of KT shooting distance to the surface of the ST apartment distance shooting range.
