A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:45 on March 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received cash 10 million won from the victim; (b) received a total of 7,680,000 won from March 17, 2020 to March 26, 2020 from the total of 6 victims from March 17, 2020 to a total of 7,680,000 won, excluding the daily allowances of approximately 300,000 to 50,000 won from among them, and remitted the remaining money, excluding the daily allowances of KRW 300,000 through 50,000, to an account designated by the non-member of the name.

Ultimately, the Defendant conspireds with the “Singing” staff in collusion with the Defendant.
