Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of the B EF rocketing car owned by the Defendant.

On June 27, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle on the front of the city bus platform in front of the city bus platform, which is located in the front of a reasonable area of Cheongju-si, under the influence of alcohol content 0.128% (%) among the blood transfusions (%) around 27:20.
