A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2016, the Defendant received a provisional protective order from the Gwangju District Court to the effect that he would not access the victim’s residence within 100 meters from the victim’s residence. On May 12, 2016, at around 18:30 of the same month, the Defendant found the victim’s house located in Gwangju Northern-gu D and divided about 40 minutes of the 40 minutes of the boom and the first race.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with an ad hoc protection order even though he received it.

On May 12, 2016, the Defendant received a provisional protective order from the Gwangju Family Court to the effect that no access is made within 100 meters from the victim C’s residence until the victim’s mobile phone or e-mail address, by wire, wireless, light, or other electronic method, not transmitting signs, text, sound, or images, from the victim’s cell phone or e-mail address.

On July 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 21:40 on July 20, 2016, the Defendant reported that the victim’s house was released from the house in front of the victim’s house of the Gwangju Northern-gu D building; (b) the victim reported that the said victim was released from the house to move to the marina, “I will die as my source; (c) 100,000 won to move back from the house”; and (d) obstructed the victim in front of the victim; and (d) the victim resisted that “I would be able to find the house at the house to go beyond the house.”

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with an ad hoc protection order even though he received it.

2. Around July 22, 2016, the Defendant did not comply with an ad hoc protection order in the place under the preceding paragraph at around 17:45 on July 22, 2016, and in a manner of enjoying the victim’s portraits of his/her portraits.

3. Around July 26, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime on or around July 26, 2016: (a) around July 26, 2016, at around 17:22, the Defendant did not implement an ad hoc protection order by opening a door door that was not corrected, knowing the fact that a director is an empty house.
